The Institute of Human-Machine-Environment Engineering (IHMEE) was established in 2004 as part of the Department of Aeronautics & Astronautics Engineering under the School of Aerospace Engineering of Tsinghua University. IHMEE is mainly supporting the National Engineering Laboratory for Neuromodulation and the Institute for Interdisciplinary Medicine and Engineering Tsinghua University (THUIIME).
